Water intrusions in your home can cause many headaches. That’s why Premier Restoration Services is here to guide you through the water damage repair process—every step of the way.

IMPORTANCE OF RESPONSE TIME

Response time is essential when your home, building, and/or belongings are water damaged. For every hour they are wet, the drying time increases, making the recovery more costly.  Our Emergency Response Team will be at your home or business within 1-2 hours from the time we receive the call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Quick response to water damage results in your walls and contents being restored instead of replaced, saving money and allowing you to be back into your home or business as fast as possible.

THERMAL IMAGING

Provides “Peace of Mind”

Knowing “what” is actually wet is a critical part of efficient and complete restoration.  Premier Restoration Services uses a state-of-the-art Digital Infrared (IR) Thermographic camera, as well as penetrating and non-penetrating moisture metering equipment, to efficiently and accurately moisture map the wet areas of your home or building.  When water evaporates, the surface temperature decreases. This causes temperature differentials, which allow us to detect the hidden wet areas.  Thermography minimizes the inspection time, resulting in a faster and more cost-effective drying process.  IR photography provides immediate documentation, as well as post remediation evidence, of structural drying which also helps to speed up the claims process.

DRYING PLAN

All Premier Restoration Services’ technicians are IICRC trained and certified in the science of drying.  Once the majority of water has been removed by pumping or extraction, we remove the hidden moisture with evaporation and dehumidification techniques, saving the structure and contents from further damage. Understanding the “science of drying” is crucial in knowing what equipment is necessary for any size water loss.  Because water technology is always changing, we pride ourselves on using only the most up-to-date, proven, and effective technology.

A Premier Restoration Services’ technician will make daily monitoring visits to take moisture readings and check equipment performance to carefully control the drying environment and ensure the most effective and efficient restoration process.
