Mold spores exist in our indoor and outdoor environments everyday; an accumulation of indoor mold spore levels, however, can create unhealthy and possibly dangerous conditions.  Premier Restoration Services will safely contain, remove, and, if necessary, replace the structure following the approved IICRC S-520 standards to ensure that your home or building is returned to its pre-loss condition.

Safety of our customers and technicians is our first and foremost concern.  Our certified and trained experts take safety seriously, and will immediately contain all the affected areas while keeping you informed throughout the entire remediation process.

Below details Premier Restoration Services’ mold remediation process.

IDENTIFY MOISTURE SOURCE

Identifying the source of moisture intrusion is the critical first step to preventing or stopping future mold growth. Our FLIR Thermal Imaging camera gives us the ability to identify your moisture source without having to “guess” or “assume” which areas have been affected.  Moisture must be present in order for mold to grow, so determining the source as early as possible substantially decreases the risk of continuing mold growth.

MOLD INSPECTION & REMEDIATION PLANNING

We have a long-standing relationship with a third party Indoor Air Quality Firm; this firm will send an Environmental Engineer to survey the mold growth and collect samples of both inside and outside air to determine levels and types of mold.  Based on the laboratory test results, a customized remediation plan is written for our technicians to comprehensively complete the remediation process.

REMEDIATION PROCESS

Our technicians will install containment barriers and hepa-vacuum the structure and belongings to control and remove mold spores in the affected areas.  High-efficiency air scrubbers will be set to capture mold spores from the air during the cleaning and repair process to prevent any cross contamination to other areas of your home or building.

We also use specialized chemicals, registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), to prevent any further microbial activity.

COMPLETION PROCESS

Post-test samples are collected to ensure the mold levels in your home or business have returned to acceptable and safe levels.
