DIGITAL PHOTO INVENTORY (DPI)

Our cleaning technicians are trained using the DPI system, which ensures each item in your home is inventoried and tracked throughout the entire restoration process.  Once the inventory is complete, you receive a full photographic inventory for your records.

PACK-OUT, STORAGE & PACK-IN

Upon completion of the DPI inventory, all boxes and large items are clearly labeled and moved into our climate-controlled storage facility for cleaning.

CLEANING & RESTORING

Our cleaning technicians will carefully inspect each item before moving them to our facility for cleaning.  Using industry standard cleaners and proven techniques, we make every effort to clean and restore each item to its pre-loss condition. 

 

LAUNDRY

A professional garment restoration company will pick up and return one week of clothing within 24 hours; your remaining, damaged garments will be ready within 14 days. Our garment restoration partners use a process that prevents the soot from setting into your clothes. They will be returned to you cleaned, pressed, and hung. 

 

ELECTRONICS

A professional electronic restoration company will pick up, clean, and personally test each item to ensure they have been restored to pre-loss condition.

 

FURNISHINGS

Wood furniture is inspected and tested to determine if it can be cleaned and restored to pre-loss condition.

ART & PHOTOS

A professional art specialist will clean and restore your sentimental pieces of art and photographs.
